A stronger collaboration between businesses and refugees
Talent Management is an innovative project in the field of integration. The project focuses on early competence clarification already in the Asylum Center thus creating better and stronger opportunities to find the perfect match between the private industrial business sector and refugee. Furthermore, the purpose has been to change the discourse involving refugees making a refugee a candidate and integration is talent management.
What we did
Connection fundraised 6,5 million DKK from the Industries Fund thereby financing and securing the project. We were lead in the overall idea development of the project and established and facilitated partnerships.
Parallel to this Connectio was in charge of leading and facilitating co creation processes to gain insight in the different businesses reasoning concerning recruitment and lack of recruitment of regufees to their workforce. on the basis of this Connectio presented recommendations to alternative ways to a closer and stronger collaboration between businesses and refugees.
