The inclusive labour market
Connectio has specialized in projects involving the inclusive labour market. With a long portfolio of projects about inclusion of marginalized people and refugees in the Danish labour market including specialized workshops for vulnerable people standing outside the labour market. The workshops focus on how the individual person can stand strong in their own challenges and create a life characterized by freedom and meaningfulness.
Connectio has done several labour market analysis of businesses and organizations – public as well as private – with the intention to strengthen and heighten the inclusion of people standing outside the labour market and refugees in their labour force. Through diversity management and leadership Connectio works passionate and professional towards creating and reinforce the inclusive labour market e.g. with a focus on potential and competence building in a giving and thriving cooperation between business and the unemployed.
Humans and technology
Digitization becomes a growing part of our everyday life. With it comes new – and important – questions about whether we as human beings in the best possible way use and navigate in this new reality. Which potentials and possibilities will the digitization bring along? And what challenges and pitfalls should we be aware of? We do not believe that human beings and technology is a dichotomy. On the other hand, we believe that the human being and technology can benefit from each other if we create a sustainable and reflected relationship between the two.
As anthropology as our core competence Connectio contributes to this with our analytical insight and methodology. We seek to create and ensure a sustainable and giving relationship between human and technology.
Culture and health
Connectio believes culture and health lever and strengthening each other. Through cultural projects such as guidet fælles læsning (guided reading, red.) for persons struggling with mental issues and vulnerable groups Connectio has been a key player in promoting and developing health interventions in municipalities in a broader perspective.
Connectio believes mental health and physical health is intertwined why Connectio is involved in projects strengthening exactly this perspective. To create cultural and physical experiences for and with other human beings reinforce the community and the correlation between mental and physical health.
